Day 1 — Melbourne
An Italia speaking assistant will meet you upon arrival; transfer to your hotel, rooms will be assigned starting from 15, Melbourne is Australia’s second largest city after Sydney – of which is the long-standing rival. Unlike its old nemesis, Melbourne cannot boast a stunning location; however its subtle charm and vibrant cultural scene makes it a pleasant place to be. The city is also a foodie heaven, thanks to its multi-ethnic population. Modern high-rises and historic Victorian buildings, gardens, parks and garden and tree-lined avenues add to the elegance and charm of the city, the rest of the day is free. Day 2 — Melbourne
Breakfast, morning visit of the city, highlights: we visit the lush Royal Botanical Gardens and the impressive Shrine of Remembrance, then we pass by the venerable Melbourne Cricket Ground, the National Tennis Centre regularly hosting the Australian Open, the National Gallery of Victoria, the Arts Centre, Federation Square considered the centre of the city and Flinders Street Station; we visit Fitzroy Gardens, with a photostop at Cooks’ Cottage, and enjoy the view from Eureka Tower's stunning observation deck, return to the hotel, free afternoon. Day 3 — Melbourne
Breakfast, GREAT OCEAN ROAD - Three hundred kilometers of spectacular coastline with ocean beaches, rocky headlands and majestic cliffs. The first stop is the Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie & Ice Cream, where you will have free time for shopping. Passing through the towns of Anglesea and Lorne towards late morning, arrival for lunch is scheduled at 12:30 pm at the Great Ocean Road Brewhouse in Apollo Bay. After lunch, it will be possible to take a short walk on the beautiful beach. The afternoon offers more breathtaking views. Otway National Park opens ahead, revealing a verdant landscape with ferns and mosses nestling in moist, shaded valleys overlooked by towering Blue Gum, Mountain Ash, Manna Gum and Mountain Grey Gum trees. The highway continues to the coast, revealing stories of many shipwrecks in Port Campbell National Park. The majestic 12 Apostles are world-famous icons of the Great Ocean Road. These towering rock formations are a central feature of the spectacular Port Campbell National Park. The forces of nature gradually eroded the softer limestone, forming caves in the cliffs that became arches and, when collapsed, left isolated rock pillars up to 45 meters high from the shoreline.

Day 5 — Kangaroo Island
Breakfast, full day tour of, lunch during sightseeing, Kangaroo Island is Australia’s third-largest island after Tasmania and Melville Island. It boasts a spectacular coastline, forests, lots of wildlife, with koalas, kangaroos, echidnas, platypuses, penguins, fur seals, sea lions and occasionally southern right whales. And it’s still unspoilt, in spite of being one of Australia’s premier tourist destinations, return to the hotel, dinner at the hotel. Breakfast, the early rise is well worth it as you experience the two major landmarks in Uluru–Kata Tjuta National Park. Start with an amazing sunrise at Talinguru Nyakunytaku, the Uluru (Ayers Rock) sunrise viewing area. Afterwards, on the 45 kms drive to Kata Tjuta (the Olgas) your guide will provide you with an historical overview of the National Park. The walk through the sheer walls of Walpa Gorge won’t disappoint as you’re led into a world of rare plant species and lush evergreen scrubs., Afternoon visit to the foot of Uluru/Ayers Rock, where you will listen to the stories and the myths around this massive, sacred rock. Day 12 — Uluru / Ayers Rock → Sydney
Breakfast, transfer to the airport, flight to Sydney, The quintessential Aussie city, Sydney with its surroundings is truly a world in itself and the only city in Australia to show its two hundred years of European history in the old stone walls of The Rocks. A unique city that lives beyond its sparkling harbour and beaches, and shows its true soul in the diverse neighbourhoods, with a sophisticated cosmopolitan population, but also the largest Aboriginal community of any Australian city, arrival and transfer to the hotel. Day 13 — Sydney
Breakfast, we start our visit with a 60-minute guided tour of the Sydney Opera House, a World Heritage Site. Then we walk to Circular Quay for our Sydney Harbour Luncheon Cruise. After the cruise we reach Rushcutters Bay, site of the 2000 Olympics sailing competition, with the splendid backdrop of the yacht-packed marina, the iconic Bondi beach and Rose Bay. Time to stretch our legs at the Gap at Watson’s Bay for spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and entrance to Sydney Harbour, return to the hotel; the rest of the night is free. Accommodation,

LUGGAGE: porterage is included for one medium-size baggage (max. 23 kg). Due to limited storage room, we cannot assure you can bring along extra baggage on the coach.
ROOMS: rooms only have one or two beds. “Triple”, “quadruple”, “family” room refers to the number of the guests, who will sleep in the beds provided (max. 2). The possibility of adding a rollaway bed – even if requested at the time of reservation – is subject to availability, with a supplement to be paid on site. Likewise, special requests for double or separate beds; adjoining, high-floor, low-floor rooms etc. are always upon request and these services can never be considered as granted.
DISABLED PEOPLE: disabled travellers can take part to the tour as long as they are self-sufficient. This is because means of transport are not equipped with a wheelchair platform; in addiction, due to insurance and security reasons, neither the guide nor the driver are allowed to help passengers getting on board. Disabled passengers must thus travel with an assistant of their own, to provide them all the help they might need during the tour. All bookings are on request.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: before the start of the tour, all the participants must make sure they possess the required documents to enter the destination countries, and that such documents are comprehensive and valid.
MINIMUM AGE: 4 years old
SMOKING: smoking is prohibited in hotels and on coaches.
HOTEL, CHECK-IN: rooms are usually assigned starting from 3pm. Earlier check-in is at the hotel’s discretion. If you request earlier assignation, you must book an extra night at the beginning of your stay.

VISITING AUSTRALIA: European citizens are required to have an electronic tourist visa (ETA or evisitor) to enter Australia. The passport must have a remaining validity of at least six months.,
