Trekking Vinicunca - Rainbow Mountain - 2 Days

Trekking impegnativo che richiede buone condizioni fisiche e allenamento. Il percorso si snoda tra i 4.000 e i 5.000 m.s.l.m. con un dislivello di circa 1000 metri con ripide salite e lunghi tratti un poco pianeggianti. La difficoltà di questo trekking è dovuta soprattutto alla mancanza di ossigeno che causa un grande affaticamento. La distanza da Cuzco è di circa 3h40, la salita dura circa 4 ore, la discesa circa 3 ore. Si consiglia di pernottare almeno 2 notti prima a Cuzco per meglio acclimatarsi. Il dislivello Il periodo migliore va da aprile a metà maggio e da luglio a novembre. Per fare questo viaggio è fondamentale essere in condizioni fisiche ottimali e partire ben idratato.
