Day 3 — Yogyakarta → Surabaya
Breakfast, Departure for Surabaya, with a stop in Surakarta to visit the Sangiran Museum, a site of early humans. The Sangiran Early Man site is located about 15 kilometers north of the city of Solo in Central Java and covers an area of 5,600 hectares. It became famous after the discovery of Homo erectus remains and related stone artifacts (known as the Sangiran flake industry) in the 1930s. According to a UNESCO report (1995), "Sangiran is recognized by scientists as one of the most important sites in the world for the study of fossil humans, on par with Zhoukoudian (China), Willandra Lakes (Australia), Olduvai Gorge (Tanzania), and Sterkfontein (South Africa), and it is certainly the site with the most fossil finds among the aforementioned. Day 5 — Jember → Banyuwangi
Breakfast, In the morning, you will visit an artisanal company for cigar production in Jember. You will be amazed by the internationally recognized standard that this company is able to guarantee, observing closely the level of craftsmanship in packaging the cigars. A short visit to the cigar showroom is also planned, where cigars are normally exported worldwide. Afterwards, you will depart for Kalibaru with a brief stop at Harni's Plantation in the city, where you can take a walk among coffee, cocoa, cloves, vanilla, and much more. Finally, you will be transferred to Banyuwangi. Day 6 — Banyuwangi
Breakfast, transfer to Ketapang wharf, ferry to, the transfer lasts about 45 minutes, welcome upon arrival and transfer to the hotel, stop for lunch during transfer, continue to the zona sud di Bali (Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Sanur), end of the tour ***OPTIONAL ACTIVITY*** (see extras)
Possibility to do a two-hour trek in the morning to reach the summit of Mount Ijen, admiring the spectacular crater and the famous sulfur carriers. The route is challenging and requires good physical endurance. You will walk on dusty trails and it is necessary to wear comfortable shoes, preferably hiking shoes. Due to the smell of sulfur in the air, it is recommended to wear a protective mask. Important: Since the ascent will be done in the morning, if you feel tired, the visit to the coffee plantations and Banyuwangi will be canceled and we will proceed directly to Bali. Please note that trekking on Mount Ijen will result in a modification of the standard program, and some visits may not be possible.,

ROOMS: Triple rooms are double rooms plus an extra bed, typically smaller than the other two. Triple rooms are subject to availability at the time of reservation. HOTEL / ITINERARY, CHANGES: The Organizing Body reserves the right to substitute the itinerary and/or the hotels to alternative of a similar or superior category in the event of unplanned circumstances, and if the safe and normal proceeding of the tour is threatened. Furthermore, when in the impossibility for all of the travellers to stay at the same hotel, the group will be split amidst several hotels of the same category.
TIMETABLES: departure times are indicative, depending on the number of hotel pick-ups per day. Tourists are kindly asked to be in the lobby at the indicated time. Depending on which hotel you are staying at, you may have to wait 15 minutes or more. The return times are indicative and subject to change depending on a number of factors, including traffic and duration of the visits.
