Breakfast, departure to, small detour to the north to visit the Cango Caves, 35 km from Oudtshoorn; the fantastic shapes of stalactites and stalagmites and the towering columns in the cavernous halls will leave you amazed., continue to, Knysna boasts the most spectacular views of the Garden Route: on one side, the lagoon framed by the Karoo mountains, and on the other, the Indian Ocean crashing against the foot of the towering red cliffs. - LUGGAGE: porterage is included for one medium-size baggage (max. 23 kg). Due to limited storage room, we cannot assure you can bring along extra baggage on the coach.
- Rooms: Triple rooms are not available; it is not possible to accommodate 3 adults in the same standard room.
- TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: before the start of the tour, all the participants must make sure they possess the required documents to enter the destination countries, and that such documents are comprehensive and valid.
- MINIMUM AGE: At least 7 years, although we recommend a minimum of 10. Children from 6 to 12 years are allowed to join the safari at the rangers’ discretion.
- SMOKING: smoking is prohibited in hotels and on coaches.
- HOTEL, CHECK-OUT: rooms must be left in the morning (the exact time will be provided by the hotel). Supplements for late check-outs amount to an extra night's charge
- FINAL HOTEL LIST: as in the travel documents
- HOTEL / ITINERARY, CHANGES: The Organizing Body reserves the right to substitute the itinerary and/or the hotels to alternative of a similar or superior category in the event of unplanned circumstances, and if the safe and normal proceeding of the tour is threatened. Furthermore, when in the impossibility for all of the travellers to stay at the same hotel, the group will be split amidst several hotels of the same category.

- SAFARI: safari vehicles are open off-roaders (Land Rover- or Land Cruiser-style) that can fit 6 to 9 passengers. Your guides will be English-speaking rangers, sometimes with the help of professional trackers. You will ride both along the paths the cross the private reserves and off-road, to have a better chance to see the animals
- PUNCTUALITY: you are advised to be punctual. No refund is issued to passengers failing to meet at designated time.
- REFUNDS: If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, the Company shall not be responsible to give any refund; also, no refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveler
- TRANSFER / VEHICLES: air-conditioned vehicles for all scheduled transfers, excursions and visits. Depending on the number of participants, there will be different vehicles. Indicatively: 2-3 pax > mid-sized vehicle; 4-7 pax: 7-seater; 8-13 pax: 15-seat minibus; 14+ pax: 9-, 25- or 44-seat coach. The vehicle used during the safari will be an open 6- or 9-seat off-roader

Important notes
Upon arrival in South Africa you will be given a 90-day visa. Your Italian passport must have at least two blank pages and has to be valid for at least 30 days after returning from South Africa.,
Cancellation policies
No penalty up to 30 days before the start of the tour - 50% penalty from 29-13 days, 100% penalty from 12-0 days or no show..
