Giorno 2 — Cape Town

- LUGGAGE: includes handling of one medium-sized luggage (max 23 kg) per person. Due to limited space in vehicles, we cannot guarantee extra luggage.
- ROOMS: triple rooms are not available. A standard room cannot fit three adults.. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Participants must ensure before departure that they have the necessary and valid documentation for entry into the countries visited during the tour.
- MINIMUM AGE: At least 7 years, although we recommend a minimum of 10. Children from 6 to 12 years are allowed to join the safari at the rangers’ discretion.
- SMOKING: smoking is not allowed on buses and in hotels.
- HOTEL, CHECK-OUT: The room must be vacated in the morning, by the time indicated by the hotel; the surcharge for late check-out is equal to an extra night.

- HOTEL / ITINERARY, CHANGES: The organizing company reserves the right to modify the itinerary and/or hotels with others of similar or higher category, means of transportation, etc., if required by unforeseen circumstances and necessary for the safety and normal continuation of the trip. - TIPS: not included, but practically mandatory, unless there are serious shortcomings. - SAFARI: They take place on open off-road vehicles (such as Land Rover or Land Cruiser) capable of accommodating 6 to 9 passengers. Safaris are led by English-speaking rangers, sometimes assisted by experienced trackers who can identify animal tracks. The vehicles move along the tracks that cross private reserves, but also off-road to allow for better wildlife spotting.
- PUNCTUALITY: we recommend respecting the scheduled times. No refunds are provided for services missed due to customer delays.
- REFUNDS: There are no refunds for parts of the tour or excursions not carried out due to force majeure; in any case, no refund is due to the customer who decides to interrupt the trip or stay.
- TRANSFER / VEHICLES: Transfers, excursions, and scheduled visits are done with air-conditioned vehicles, which vary depending on the number of participants. Approximately: 2-3 pax > medium-sized car; 4-7 pax > 7-seater vehicle; 8-13 pax > 15-seater minibus; 14+ pax > 19, 25, and 44-seater luxury coaches; during the open-air off-road safari, vehicles with 6-9 seats are used.
