Itinerary
Giorno 1 — Kangaroo Island
A representative picks you up from your hotel for your transfer to the Bus Station, Adelaide > Kangaroo Island by coach + ferry from the main hotels in Adelaide (without a guide), The boats to Kangaroo Islands leave from the pier of Cape Jervis, about a one and a half hour drive into the wild Australian nature. The cruise lasts about 45 minutes., I arrive at Penneshaw pier at 9:45., Meeting with the guide and a brief presentation of Kangaroo Island. The third Australian island after Tasmania and Melville Island will not fail to leave a strong impression, with spectacular coasts and forests and an impressive variety of animals: kangaroos, koalas, echidnas, platypus, penguins, seals, sea lions, and sometimes even whales passing by; despite being one of the main Australian tourist destinations, it is still remarkably wild. A memorable walk on the beach among the sea lions at Seal Bay (at a safe distance!). Picnic lunch with Australian wine and free time for a walk in the bush or on the beach. We continue inland and with a bit of luck, we will see some lazy koalas resting on centuries-old eucalyptus trees. We continue in search of echidnas, wallaby joeys, or the glossy black cockatoos, the rarest parrots on the island. Towards evening, numerous kangaroos leave the cool vegetation that has sheltered them from the sun during the hottest hours to graze in the meadows. hotel accommodation,
