Cancellation policies
For tours booked with a UNDERCOST/DISCOUNTED rate, there is an immediate cancellation fee of 99 EUR per person in addition to the standard penalties. For tours booked with a STANDARD rate, there is a 50% penalty for cancellations made 25-15 days before the start of the tour, 75% penalty for cancellations made 14-10 days before, and 100% penalty for cancellations made 9-0 days before or in case of no show. For tours booked with a PREMIUM rate and the WELCOME TO NEW YORK! tours, there are no penalties for cancellations made up to 7 days before departure, but a 100% penalty for cancellations made 6-0 days before or in case of no show.,
HOTEL / ITINERARY, CHANGES: The organizing company reserves the right to modify the itinerary and/or hotels with others of similar or higher category, means of transportation, etc., if required by unforeseen circumstances and necessary for the safety and normal continuation of the trip. Furthermore, when it is not possible to accommodate all participants in the same hotel, the group will be divided among different hotels of equal category.
TOUR START: meet at the designated location for departure at least 30 minutes in advance; punctuality and respect for the schedule are recommended. No refunds are provided for services missed due to customer delay.
